Meet Our Team
Donna Cobb
President
Donna has spent more than 20 years helping some of the world's biggest companies figure out how to grow and change without losing sight of the people they serve. She's held leadership roles at ServiceNow, Deloitte, Accenture, and Samsung, where she worked on everything from product strategy to go-to-market planning, and more recently has advised senior executives on how to bring AI into their organizations in ways that actually make sense.
Outside of the corporate world, Donna founded the Cobb Family Foundation because she believes that caring about a problem isn't enough; you have to actually do something about it. The Foundation focuses on food security, education, and mental health, working to give children in underserved communities a real shot at opportunities they might not otherwise have. Donna also sits on the board of the Access Psychology Foundation, where she continues to push for better access to mental health care for the communities that need it most.

Molly Coulter
Chief Financial Officer
Molly brings more than 20 years of enterprise SaaS operations and financial leadership to the Cobb Family Charitable Foundation, most recently as Director of Strategic Operations at ServiceNow. Her career spans roles at ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and SAP, where she's built the operating and financial discipline that turns strategy into measurable results.
Molly is a first-generation college graduate, and that experience shaped how she sees opportunity. It's part of what drew her to the Peace Corps, where she spent two years teaching English in Moldova, one of the poorest countries in Europe, working with students from sixth grade through adulthood. That experience deepened her belief that a child's potential shouldn't be limited by their circumstances.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maine, Farmington. She lives in Richmond, Virginia.
